Administrative Assistant
Robin Stout
Robin Stout is our Administrative Coordinator and oversees the work of the church office and organization of church events, including preparation of weekend bulletins, maintenance of the membership data base, and coordination of the church calendar. She or another volunteer is at the church office Mondays thru Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. – 12 noon.

Worship Coordinator
Judy Capen
Judy is our Worship Coordinator. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that our worship is pleasing to God and a blessing to those who come together to worship. She attends not only to the content but also to the environment.

Deacon Chair
Charles Hedgepeth
Charles is the Chairperson of our Deacons. The Deacons are responsible for greeting people who come to worship, collecting the offerings, and serving and cleaning up communion. Deacons are elected by the congregation annually, and the chairperson is chosen by the Deacons.

Director of Christian Education
Genevieve Gardner
Genevieve Gardner is our Director of Christian Education (DCE). The DCE is the overall leader of our education efforts for children (including nursery), youth, and adults. Through recruitment, training, support and evaluation, she ensures that these ministries are vibrant, relevant, and Bible-based.

Congregational Nurse
Curt Beerens
Curt Beerens is our Congregational Nurse and works to educate our church as a whole about a variety of health issues, assist individuals with particular health concerns, and provide CPR training. He holds regular office hours on Mondays, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the church.

Charles Hedgepeth
As Publicity Coordinator Charles is responsible for helping people to know about our congregation. He “gets our name out” into the community in a variety of ways, including on-site signage, articles, advertisements, and more.

Property Coordinator

Our Property Coordinator oversees the caretaking of the property. This position revolves around janitorial work, landscaping, and maintenance and improvements on the various systems of the church (mechanical, plumbing, etc.). This staff member also leads a monthly workday (4th Saturday of the month) with any interested volunteers.

Technology Coordinator
Matthew Clark
As Technology Coordinator Matthew ensures that church technology is kept up to date and relevant to the congregation and those it serves. Currently Matthew acts as webmaster for maranadisciples.org and Co-Leads the A/V team in developing worship visuals and working the audio equipment.
